My life keeps getting worse and have no hope of it improving.

Question

After a car accident in 1989 that left me paralyzed I have had one health and financial problem after another.I have horrible pain and spasms my meds are are barely enough to keep me from sticking a gun in my mouth. The place I was living at alone for almost 20 years started to become a very bad neighborhood and I no longer felt safe there by myself.  In 2011 I found a place that was fairly wheelchair accessible and rented it with a friend.. Shortly after moving in I got VERY ILL and should have died twice within a few weeks. It took until spring 2014 to recover. That summer I started having other health problems. March 2015 I went to the hospital and ended up loosing my left leg and developed a bedsore. Since 2011 until now my life has been nothing but pain and misery. The place I am living at is falling apart and the owner is charging a fortune for it and doesn't want to improve it. It is almost impossible to heat in the winter and cool in the summer. The roof leaks into a light fixture and makes the floor VERY SLIPPERY. The little money I had saved has quickly been eaten up by living in this money pit and medical bills. Now I'm broke, My credit is shot, I have several health problems,I'm about to loose my Medicare supplement because I can't afford it, and I'm stuck in bed about 20hrs a day. I CAN'T TAKE ANY MORE! I don't know where to turn for help and ready to give up. And the times I tried to get assistance I fall in the cracks and don't qualify. I pray daily that this will be the last day I have to suffer. Is there ANYTHING. or ANYONE who can help me get back on track and get things figured out. It would be appreciated. Because other than dying I see no way out of this nightmare I'm living in. Platitudes and Bible quotes are sweet but I really need genuine help and direction.

Hey Marie,
How are you today? Good I hope. I just want to start first off by saying that God has a plan for you. I don't know if you are religiously inclined and stuff like that but I need you to be for a second. All those times you were 'supposed' to die, God didn't let it happen because He has something planned that is so much greater than you can ever imagine. I know there are some days when you may question of life is really a blessing or a curse but I'm gonna need you to give Him patience. I'm gonna need you to talk to him, it doesn't even have to be the traditional on your knees. Everywhere and anywhere. Because he listens. Pray without ceasing my love. Do a kind deed for someone ( I know what you're thinking but it helps). Don't pull the plug. You'll regret it so much more if you do because hell isnt a really nice place to spend eternity in. So remember, patience, be kind, be prayerful and keep moving on. Love you.

Your life sounds worse then mine and I actually tired to hang myself.    First thing you need to do is ponder whats in the BIBLE.  Whether you think it will help or not.  I mean really get in there.  You don't need to be proficient or memorize.  Just read it and talk to Jesus and ask him to intercede with God. Ask Jesus to go in front of God and tell God you need help NOW!"  "With the power of God, in the name of Jesus, Blood of the lamb I need help!"  and that's how you do it.   If I lived near you I'd be there and help you navigate the processes for the help you need.  However.....it's up to you and you will have to again and again and again get up!  God will do for you what you cannot but you've got to tell the truth!!! You just sit or lay there and talk and talk and talk.  Remember "With the power of God, in the name of Jesus, blood of the Lamb.  I need your help right now!"  Go through all your thoughts and emotion while your talking.  Make sure you tell God exactly who you are.  Your full name and where you live.  Tell Jesus to be your lawyer.  See.... evil wants you to give up so the evil will put all these pot holes and black holes just where you will fall in.  You know your going to fall through cracks so be proactive. I fall through the cracks ALL THE TIME.  When I don't receive an answer I call and call and in your case get someone to go down, where ever, to make things move.  Get up and go even if it hurts.  People will see you struggling and they will help.  That happened to me.  I literally dragged my legs to get anywhere and pretty soon someone out of nowhere would help me walk where I need to go. The bigger the wall the harder you push!  If this doesn't kill you it will make your life better.  You will be your own advocate. Pretty soon people start to respect and do what you need them to do.  If you lay down everyone is going to walk on you.  Do you have a cell phone?  If not you can get a free one from the government.  Call the Department of Fair Housing and Employment.  Tell them you are bed redden and need someone to physically come to your home. Get them to come some how.  Once you have them in your home have DFEH call your landlord in front of you.  Have DFEH help you find appropriate accommodations and they need to give you all the information they have for ALL free services like emergency money.  BUT remember the very first intity you HAVE to have on you side is "The Father, The Son and the Holy Ghost".  Now sit there and cry a bit then go get'em Baby!
