I’m sick of this life.... I don't think that a day has gone by that I have been genuinely happy or felt a moment where everything felt just right.  I try to work hard at everything but it seems that I'm a nobody, worthless in every way. I feel as if  life would be better with me not in it.

My family would not have to be have me around in a already small place surrounded by a useless  sack of **** that is I know  that everyone hates me in my house, that my own little couise wish I was dead .. they've said it... and I know that  the rest  think it too and maybe that would be best... they get a empty room to fill and I... well I get  peace  from this world ...I think.

When I see myself, the only thing I see is a miserable, fat, ugly, black  failure. I’m in my mid  30’s, employed with a job  I hate,  no friends  or boyfriend to speak of .. like I said  I'm a nobody.... I go to work in silence, I come home in silence, I go to my room in silence.. nothing  matters.

Each day  that I'm alive all I feel is angry  for begin alive, I feel sick and so much sadness for being so alone.......I'm always lonely , I never go anywhere, talk to anyone, no one talks to me..everyone thinks am  stupid.  I don't know how to get these feeling to stop...I'm so messed up! How do I get  this to stop!??

You are not the only person to feel like this. It's hard in society with all of the bad stuff., every day I try and help someone, it makes me feel better, be genuine. Meditate to clear your mind, start jogging or start a new hobby, avoid negative people and always stay strong. What do you like about yourself? Be strong, Write down how you feel, see all the bad stuff as an obstacle and you will overcome it, appreciate what you have, keep your job, until you get a new one, do your best always and everything will work out.  Love & Peace to you and every human, we are all the same, we need to show love and support to each other. X

Please know that you aren't alone.  Some of us feel like we are alone and that no one cares.  We don't think about it but God does care about you, God is with you and God loves you.

You need to begin to look at things differently.   Once you begin to change within, the world around you will start to change, people will start to change around you.  People will start to want to be around you.  Please watch the below video in its entirety.

You also need to be proactive and begin to find a new job and a new purpose for your life.

It isn't going to be easy since your demeanor, your job, etc. has now become a habit.  Be conscious of what you do and how you act and try to take small steps to change things.  Tomorrow is a new day and a new start to be the BEST YOU you can be.

I've struggled with depression, including suicidal thoughts, and there's been a lot of improvement for me. I've been taking anti-depressant medications. Also I've been doing the 12 steps of Emotions Anonymous.

1: We admitted we were powerless over our emotions--that our lives had become unmanageable.

2: We came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.

3: We made a decision to turn our lives and our wills over to the care of God as we understood Him.

4: We made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

5: We admitted to God, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

6: We were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.

7: We humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.

8: We made a list of all persons we had harmed and became willing to make amends to all of them.

9: We made direct amends to such people whenever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

10: We continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.

11: We sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.

12: Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

Emotions Anonymous, a fellowship of people recovering from emotional problems like anxiety, depression and anger.

Please hold on K. You are not worthless in fact, you are priceless. I'm not trained in counseling so I don't know the "right" things to say but I will say that I am completely SURE you are not a mistake. The position you are in sounds terribly painful I went through something similar when I was a bit younger then you are. It got better. I was in so much emotional pain I would lay in the darkness of my room and pray to die because I was too depressed to even do that. It got better. No one can hurt us like our family can. So many times they hurt us with things said in anger that they didn't mean and soon forget but we carry the scars. I don't know when or how you will come out of this but I know from my own experience that if you can just hold on you will find yourself in a better place. Please know you are not alone. I am here and I care what happens to you. I will listen. There is only one you and you are irreplaceable.
