When feeling relieved, it is not really on the issue of suicide, it is a feeling of relief that the the turmoil and/or pain would end. If you live on, the turmoil and pain can be overcome over time. On the other hand, suicide is a destructive way that not only stops current pain but removes any chance of experiencing the heights and good in life. Life's pain could be even worse if you try to commit suicide and fail, and even if you die, the pain will go on with your family. There are even people who you don't even know well such as the cashier at your main store and your neighbors that you would be surprised would be pained by your untimely death. Suicide is not the answer. Instead of thinking about suicide, think about steps that would improve your life. If the thoughts of suicide increase, you should talk to someone including a doctor. This is serious. I am praying for you.

I've struggled with depression, including suicidal thoughts, and there's been a lot of improvement for me. I've been taking anti-depressant medications and a mood stabilizer medication. Also I've been doing the 12 Steps of Emotions Anonymous. Part of my continued healing is that I share with others the solution.

1: We admitted we were powerless over our emotions--that our lives had become unmanageable.

2: We came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.

3: We made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.

4: We made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

5: We admitted to God, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

6: We were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.

7: We humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.

8: We made a list of all persons we had harmed and became willing to make amends to them all.

9: We made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

10: We continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.

11: We sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.

12: Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

Emotions Anonymous, a fellowship of people recovering from emotional problems like anxiety, depression and anger.

Don't try to end your life, theres no reason to. Ending your life solves nothing, just think about it. Sometimes life can be a bit hard, but that shouldn't mean trying to forget everything you know in an instant. There are people in the world that care about you. They would miss you and hey you can do anything and get through anything if you just try your best and give it all you've got. It may not work at first but do not give up on your dreams even if somebody says you will not be able to make it. Somebody that says such things are people that are jealous that you are someday going to make it. Stay positive and don't give up.

well, in my opinion, continuing life or commit suicide, both things need bravery to do it.
when u decide to continue life, tomorrow is always be a mystery, there are some unexpected things that might happen in life, but don't be pessimist, it would not always bad, some good things often happen also in life.
while, there is no one who can guarantee that the burden which u carry right now will be dissapear just by commiting suicide.
In my imagination, when u died, u will go into a deep sleep. If before you sleep, your state of mind is not happy and relax, there will be slim chance for you to have a sweet dream and vice versa.
So, I guess it is better to make the best of your remained time in life. The fact that until now God still allows you to live, probably means that there is still plenty of good things that God wants to show you in life.
Life has sucks and sweet part for everybody, you just haven't seen the dark part of others life.
So, don't feel sad and lonely because of that. We all are actually struggling in this world together.
