I can't take much anymore. I almost committed suicide, but no one at school knows how I feel. I'm 14 years old and I am fairly lost with everything. All I feel is pain, and no one cares, all I ever do is help, and care, but yet when its me why does no one listen, or notice? I've been cutting and spending every second alone. I tried talking to someone, but she wouldn't listen, and when I told someone else she passed it off as attention seeking. I didn't tell anyone else, because I'm not an attention *****. I just can't get myself away from this desperation to cut, to just drown myself, slit my throat, hang myself, I don't care!

I'm dead to everyone anyway.

Hi,

You are not alone and we all care about you.

"no one at school knows how I feel" - Have you told the teacher and school counselor how you feel? Have you talked with your family about this? Talk with your friends at school is NOT enough because they are NOT trained to solve this kind of situation!

Many people around you can help and support you, but you have to start the communication. The school counselor will refer you to professionals who can help you, and your parents can take you to see a doctor. They will work together with you to find real solutions.

Please trust me that all you feel recently is only temporary. You can go through this with the help of professionals.

If you like, please share with us more of your story. Tell us what happened. We all care about you and believe in you.

Please start the conversation with your teacher/counselor/parents tomorrow or early next week, and let us know how it goes, ok?

I care. Everyone on here cares. You are not alone on this. Perhaps, you have just told the wrong people. It is hard I know when you are the strong one, when you are usually the one helping others to ask for help. It is counterintuitive, and instead you hide it. It is also hard sometimes for people to take you seriously when you tell them you have a problem. Don't take it personal. Also remember that it is in our times of need when we realize who are true friends are. It could be these people only were your "friends" because of what you could do for them. Don't be discouraged. You can talk things out with me.

Have you told your parents? Would you feel more comfortable telling a school counselor? A counselor can help you tell your parents as well. You need to get professional help. I know you are strong, but we all need help sometimes. We all fall, and there is nothing wrong with asking for help. I am sorry that your plea fell on deaf ears, but don't give up. Again, you can talk things out here. You are not dead. You are very much alive. You are only 14 so it is normal to be confused. No one expects you to know everyting at this point. A lot of what you may be feeling also may just be due to teenage hormones, and the neurons in your brain developing. Your chemistry affects your emotions. We all have doubts and insecurities, so don't worry too much about them. Please do not harm yourself. Whatever happened it is not worth your life.

I have sent you a friend request. We can message each other privately if you prefer, but you really need to talk this out with someone. I hope to hear back from and please don't do anything to hurt yourself.
