Are there odd jobs in your neighborhood that you could do? Helping someone with their yard, cleaning out the attic, running errands, walking dogs etc....I hope you find the money to renew your license. Dig deep as it must come from you. Take care

Yeap that sucks alright, been there so I know how you feel.  Instead of asking your parents or siblings to help with a loan try asking all of them and your friends to lend you a little each. Then some of your friend as well. Hey a few dollars here and a few dollars there and voila! You have enough to pay your fines. One person may not be able to lend you the whole amount but maybe all the people you know could in a joint effort to get you working.  Another possibility may be a pawn shop or a title loan on your vehicle. Good luck, I hope you can manage it to get that job.  Papasmurf, A.K.A. Rick B.
