What is the most painless way to die? How can I make my suicide note make the people who ruined my life feel guilty as heck?

I've just given up on life. It's been like 4 years and nothing in my life has changed -- it's just getting worse. However, people on those help articles were right: you'll find a solution. And I have! It's suicide. I'm just obsessed with the idea of dying and making the bullies feel guilty. People say I'm only a girl aged 14, and should wait -- but I've done my waiting; time's up. I just keep facing sexual harassment and abuse, heartbreaks, and friends and family-members who are potential users. I'm so done. However, enough of me rambling about, as I've found the solution. I want to carry it out, but professionally. I want to write a note that makes *everyone who has destroyed me* feel so guilty, that they live their entire lives regretting what they did. A note, that prevents them from marring others in the future. I also want to find a painless way to die that can be carried out at home, as I'm not allowed to leave my house without an adult. Yes, I'm a coward. If I wasn't a coward, I wouldn't even be facing such horrible things. Yes, I'm a scaredy-cat, and I want a painless way to die. Thank you for reading. <3 <3

Sexual harassment?  If your school has a nurse, go to her and tell her your situation.  If not a nurse, at least a teacher.  Proper channels should be taken to get you out of your situation.  If anything, call the police.  No one deserves to be sexually abused.

Just a few facts to consider before doing that idiotic act  in a way to end your suffering. You say you are 14 years old and tired of all the bullying and abuse you have been put through and for that I am sorry. You have been put through things no one should have ever been put through let alone a young person of 14 years.  These people who have done this to you , should be punished by the full extent of the law. I don't know why you haven't pressed charges on them, but you should have. Rest assured however that they will have to account for their actions someday. We will all be held accountable for our actions in fact. That is why I wish you would reconsider your suicide and note left to make them feel bad. You see if you allow these people who did those things to you in life and you commit suicide, they win both for what they did to you in life and  what they  are doing to you  in death. You say you are afraid and coward and looking for an easy way to end it so I say this to you. You may be able to escape the pain you feel in your life after you are gone, but what about the pain you will feel for all of eternity? Have you considered that?  Do you see yourself before God after taking your own life? Where do you think you will spend eternity in heaven or in hell?. There is no escape from eternity that's for sure. Sorry but just stating something you may not have considered. Now if you decide to change your mind and want help to make things right in your life, I  for one would love to help you with this. Hi,

I've struggled with hurts, hang-ups and habits, and there's been a lot of improvement for me. I've been working the 8 Principles of Celebrate Recovery. Part of my continued healing is that I share with others the solution. The 8 Principles of CR are:

1) Realize I’m not God. I admit that I’m powerless to control my tendency to do the wrong thing, and that my life has become unmanageable.
2) Earnestly believe that God exists, that I matter to him, and that he has the power to help me recover.
3) Consciously commit my life and will to Christ’s care and control.
4) Openly examine and confess my faults to God, to myself and to someone I trust.
5) Voluntarily submit to every change God wants to do in my life, and humbly ask him to remove my character defects.
6) Evaluate all my relationships. Offer forgiveness to those who have hurt me and make amends for harm I’ve done to others, except when to do so would harm them or others.
7) Reserve a daily time with God for self-examination, Bible reading and prayer in order to know God and his will for my life and to gain the power to follow his will.
8) Yield myself to God to be used to bring this good news to others, both by my example and by my words.
