Hello everyone and thank you so much for taking the time to read my plea for help. Today I'm trying as hard as I can to raise $11000 to help save my  home and to prevent me from being homeless. I am now 55 years old and I'm retired. I would love to still be working and contributing back to society but unfortunately I suffer from Type 2 Diabetes and am no longer able to work a job. All of my life I loved working, getting up, and putting in a solid days work.  One thing that I am proud of the most is home ownership, however, I am at serious risk of losing my life's work. My retirement annuity has begun but   it does not cover my mortgage and my subsidy does not start until I turn 56 which is next July. Currently my situation has left me 2 months behind on my mortgage. The funds that I am fundraising for today will allow me to keep my home until my subsidy kicks in. This is my first home and I would like it to be my last home that I ever own. I am extremely proud of it and dread the day that it could be taken away from me. This is a safe place for my grandchildren to come and play, it is not just a house to them, but also a home.  Please, if you can afford to spare a few dollars to help me keep my home I would be eternally grateful. If you cannot make a donation I kindly ask that  you share my story with your friends and family within your social circles, perhaps someone that you know is willing to make a donation or share my story further.  Thank you so much!!!
