Dear Anastasia,

We don't understand many things about our brain, not to mention this universe.
And each of us is unique, which make this life journey more wonderful.

Some people will say you are sick or cursed, while some might think you are blessed. It more depends on your own attitude/action toward it. Just don't let others label/define you in a negative way.

Embrace it if this capability can help you or others/beings in a positive way. Study/experiment with it if you want to know more and see if you can help advance our understanding.
If part of it keep bothering you, then find professional help and ways to solve that specific problem.

You are not alone. Talk with others, keep exploring and being positive, and make it a blessing to this world.
It was darkness/unknown until someone shed the light.
Wish you all the best!
