I tried, I tried very hard to live through life but I don't want to try anymore. Nothing gets better ever, I'm just exhausted now. I'm done with life, I don't want to keep going anymore to continue meeting fake people, to seek for love and support, to wait for that better day to come, to put a fake smile on my face, to work so hard as slaves and then in the end of the day no one ******* cares besides money. Why do I have to suffer continuously? I'm tired! I'd like to think that there is actually a place for people to go away to for awhile to get better when all hopes are lost! But there is no such thing! Some people are just simply born with a great life, well good for them. And some people are just simply born with ****** up life, and so no matter what you do, being good, doing the right thing, etc DON'T ******* DO ANYTHING. YOU ARE EITHER BORN WITH A GOOD LIFE OR BAD LIFE. THAT'S JUST THE BRUTAL Truth. I wish to die badly but I won't commit suicide. Can someone please show me the way?

All hope is not lost.  Please believe me.  It is not true that some people are born to suffer and others not.  It just feels like that right now.  I know, I've been there.  You are in a really bad place right now and what you are feeling, though it feels very real, is not real.  It is because you are depressed and you can't see things clearly.  I'm sure that there are counselors in your country that you can call and can help you through this.  You can seek therapy and there are medications that you can take that will help you.  They will.  I have taken these medications and they have helped for years.  I don't know what time it is there, but please call a counseling agency in the morning to speak to someone who can help you.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer that makes life less exhausting, or provides perfect meaning to our day-to-day struggles. But what we find instead while experiencing a life sometimes of your making or not, is everyone is experiencing a series of choices, with some good consequences and some bad but most are just neutral and they are spanning human lifetimes. So then where is the meaning there? The meaning is what you decide it is. You can choose to love or learn, or to shut yourself off; you can choose to help others or only yourself; you can choose to find meaning that resonates with you in everything, or just some things, or none at all. Our expectations need to be challenged to understand and grow. You will experience adversity in any path you choose and you can choose how to handle that conflict, or not. The only reset button we all have is a choice to view our world and those in it differently and to learn as much as we can to seek better perspectives in all we do.

Please go see your doctor. Antidepressants CAN help. Don’t give up. Look for signs that life is worth living. Yes, some of us have it harder than others, but life is one big lesson. Go volunteer your time with those less fortunate than you. It can be a huge mood booster. I’m sending you good thoughts and hope that things get better. Please call your doctor. Meds can make all the difference

My name is Kevin, and I've struggled with emotional problems, addictions, and codependency, and there has been HUGE improvement for me. And I'm not alone. I know lots of people who have suffered from life issues and have experienced lots of improvement, lasting years and years.

HOW? What have we done to get this? We've been putting the Principles of Life-Healing into practice. THERE IS A SOLUTION FOR LIFE.

In short, the Principles of Life-Healing are: 1) Being sorry; 2) Forgiving people for true wrongs. These two were spoken by Jesus the Chosen One.

More specifically, we've been doing the 12 Steps of Life-Healing:

Step 1: We admitted we were powerless over a life issue (like our addictions, our emotions, or other people) -- that our lives had become unmanageable.
Step 2: We came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
Step 3: We made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God (AS WE UNDERSTOOD GOD).
Step 4: We made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

and on, to Step 12: Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to others and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

By taking these steps, starting with Step 1, I've gotten over a huge chunk of my personal problems. Part of my continued healing is that I share with others the solution.

For more information to live the solution:

Thanks for reading this.

May peace be with you,
