HELP ME get my friend out of Phoenix,AZ after she got raped, we're homeless and niether of us have money to get her back to Minnesota!

I have a friend that is in Phoenix, AZ and she is homeless and she just got down there to find a family member, but she just got raped down there and she can't find any of her family and now after so got raped she is thinking about suicide. She dessprately needs to get back here in Minnesota but the problem is we are homeless and we don't have the money to buy a bus ticket or anything. How do I get help, and who can help?

I am sorry to hear the tragedy. Did she call 911? If not, please ask her to do it NOW.

Hi

She definitely needs to work with the police so hopefully the perprator can get caught. I think so too she should go to a shelter where she can have access to resources. Once she is cleared to leave by the police she or you can contact airlines/ bus companies and ask if they would give her a plane ticket. Many do in these situations. The shelter too may be able to help her with getting back to Minnesota. You mentioned you are homeless too? Where in Minnesota are you? I would like to give you feedback on places there where you and your friend can go. I hope it all works out. Please keep me posted.
