I am a seventeen year old girl, it has been pointed out to me several times that my behavior is often unusual, and that I often use sexual advances to get what I want. I never considered sociopathy but looking it up I couldn't help but notice the similarities. I have to be honest and admit that I do use my "friends" to get what I want, whether that be drugs and alcohol or even just a ride home. I have never felt love for another human being, not even my family. I behave as though I love them because that is what is deemed "normal". I feel no empathy. I have also been told that I am highly intelligent, intimidating but also very charming, as well as being quite a sexual person. As far as sexuality goes I have no boundaries,  I wouldn't say I'm "bisexual" in fact I tend to be more attracted to women, but I often find myself in scenarios in which I can get what I want by making advances on people whether they be male or female, and I often do these things.
Country: Canada

You should really deeply investigate Borderline Personality Disorder. I identify with a great deal of your post and I have often wondered if I was sociopathic but 2 court ordered psych evals later I guess I am BPD. BPD can easily appear as other disorders or, in younger people especially, as no more than teen angst. It is only combatted by intelligence and time (no meds or therapies that definitively work) which is very unfortunate as it is common for life-changing events to occur before an individual with BPD "stabilizes." Also common is the tendancy of family and friends of the BPD victim to "get tired" of their behaviour. I'm no psychologist but I have been imprisoned and hospitalized several times as a result of this disorder and would like for you to at least check it out. At your age, much self-destruction could be avoided by the gaining of Knowledge.
