I'm exhausted. My head is all twisted up. Are there any support groups LIVE SUPPORT groups online to help with this??? I've done all the reading & research I can bare over the past few weeks. I'm still not stable to even be sure it wasn't all me. I just need to talk to others who have gone through this. I'm just so tired & I fear I may be losing it.
