i really need to cut myself and i dont know what to do, ive tried everything.

i haven't cut in weeks and i'm really down i suffer from depression and bipolar. i dont want to live right now i have so much going on and no one to talk to.

I am here if you want to talk... Tell me what is going on .... cutting is not the answer. Try doing something else to distract yourself. Please come here and talk things out with us. Whatever it is we can work through it. Have you been to your doctor? Maybe it is tie to switch your bi-polar meds. Some people develop a resistance after a while. I hope I hear back from you

brilliant things! In times of crisis when you feel like harming yourself pop an ice cube in your hand and hold onto it tightly. It may sound crazy but it works, it really does. Just try to relax and focus on your hand, breathing in for 5secs and out for 5secs works wonders to calm.

Go and speak to your doc or local mental health ctr, there is a world of info out there for you, loads of people feel like you do, you are not on your own. Support groups are fab places, ask you local service about them.

I see you have internet; maybe you could make some online friends & if it's face to face interaction you crave then maybe you could volenteer somewhere.

Talk to someone close. Ex: Family, friends, teacher, aunt, uncle, grandparent, family friend, or anyone that you can express your feelings with. I've had issues with this and it helps to talk about it. It's hard to go through life and sometimes it seems like there's no way out. There is. It's just hard to find. Once you start cutting its hard to stop. I understand. I'm proof that it's possible to change your destiny. Don't let cutting control you. Control the cutting and stop. It takes time to stop cutting. But after a while it gets easier. Life is worth living for. Think about all the people in your life. How would they cope without you. Your friends and family would be heartbroken if you left. They would blame themselves. They love you and would do anything to help you. They just need to be allowed to help. Everyone is important. We are a puzzle peice. If your missing a peice the puzzle isn't finished. Each and every peace is important and you can't have a puzzle without puzzle pieces. You matter.
Whenever I feel down I listen to these songs. There completely clean, no bad words.
