My fiance takes medicine to help stabilize his epilepsy. Well, he has been having headaches, and a sign that the medicine stops working is when he gets headaches, especially ones that don't go away for awhile. I told him that he needed to go see the doctor and he agreed. But, I broke down. I couldn't stop crying for fear of losing my best friend - I couldn't stop last night. He felt very bad because of how much I worry, but in those types of situations I get very emotional. And now this morning, I feel angry, at myself and at him and I don't know why.

It might have something to do with how I was raised - whenever I cried in front of my parents I would usually get fussed at for crying (no real reason; they are not supportive people). I take pride in the fact that I care enough for someone to actually show worry, but I shouldn't be angry.

What's wrong with me? I hate showing my vunerability to people I care for because it usually ends up with me getting very hurt. Although, my fiance hasn't given me any reason to feel anger towards him - he told me how thankful and appreciative he is that he has me to worry over him like I do.

Please help. I need advice.

There is nothing wrong with you, you are a human with emotions, nothing wrong with that.

It sounds as if life is'nt simple and you should accnoledge that before being hard on yourself.
