Hey, I know when my mom was pregnant with my baby brother she was sore.  I do not know.  I have never been pregnant.  It might be your other health problems making your nerves all tingly because you are pregnant too.  However, do not trust my opinion.

Consume healthy organic foods. (Avoid caffeinated drinks.) Use only hypoallergenic soaps and moisturizers for sensitive skin. Avoid any sort of stressors / irritants such as cigarette smoke etc. Always report any sudden changes during your pregnancy to a doctor. Follow your doctors recommendations.

My guess is that your baby is sitting on your spine causing pressure on your already bad back.. You sound like  you need to see a neurologist.. Nothing will help the pressure until the baby is born.. Most medications are not good for the development of the baby.. I wish you well and positive energies sent your way..

Please have hope.  your symptoms sound like you could have Lyme disease.  please test with a Lyme literate doctor.  Fibromylagia type symptoms are very much like Lyme disease symptoms especially with the joint symptoms and can be treated and get better. I have Lyme disease and am being treated at Whole Health Chicago.  There is also Serenity Health Care in Waukeshau Wisconsin.  Please get tested with a Lyme doctor.  It could really help you and your baby.  (I tested negative 5 times with the tradition test before I got the real help that I needed with a Lyme doctor).
