I don't know what to do, i've lost all those closest to me and i need help

Question

A few years ago i had so many friends and people who (i thought) loved and cared for me. In the past year i have lost over 3/4 of them to rumours and vicious lies and no one believes my sides of the story - at this point i had one best friend and two other very close friends, none of them knew about my severe depression and anxiety so i felt like they didn't know me at all. Then yesterday i went out with my friend and she ended up going home without telling me so she had a massive go at me yesterday, calling me a **** friend and it made me feel even worse.. now everyone hates me and i don't know how to cope because i feel my anxiety creeping up very viciously and i feel like i'm on the brink of having panic attacks constantly - i just need someone to talk to who feels the same as i because I'm afraid what i might do to myself

Hi i understand your position, some times people leave to make room for others or they just have other stuff going on and dont think to put you in the picture. Talk to you friends and ask then whats going on or organise a night in or out with them. Seriously it could be a case of communication . However if they are leaving then let them  life has a way of natural change.

Im guessing that you are a young lady, I can tell you that this kind of thing happens to LOADS of us when we are you age. It happened at every and any age, I speak to at least 20 people a week about social exclusion.
People can be a little like sheep, following the crowd rather that being brave and true to themselves by standing for what they believe to be the truth. Especially the young,
Its easier to go along with the crowd, but it's not always right. This is one of those life lessons we all have to learn.
There will be a time when it is YOU that has to make a decision whether to go with the crowd or go with what is right and true for you. That is when this moment will stand you in good stead.
The decision may leave you standing alone with your opinion but your better to stand alone with the truth than stand in a crowd with lies!
Your "friends" are sheep, and they will feel like stupid sheep when in the eventuality of time they realise they were wrong and realise they made a bad choice in listening to rumour.
If they apologise then forgive them, we all make mistakes no matter how old we are,. It takes guts to say sorry.
Talk to your mum, she has probably been there, most of us have been socially excluded at one point, it doesn't matter how old a person is if they have had that experience then they will understand and be able to help. You could get a clip board and stand on the street doing a survey, ask people if they have ever been socially excluded by fiends, family, co workers ect ect, I think you'll be amazed at how many have!
Forget the "friends" for now and use this time to find out who YOU are, study hard, try new things, grow in confidence at doing things on your own, you'll meet new friends that way too!
