Firstly you should be proud of yourself to find the courage to share your story,But taking painkillers to maintain your depression is not the answer, you have mentally controlled the depression only when talking painkillers to quench the thirst of the addiction to the painkillers. You should make an appointment with your doctor,to seek confidential advice about your depression, speaking to people about it out loud is a way of you having closure and just releasing weight that is a burden upon you. You must confine in you parents,Do not make hasty accusations in thinking that they resent you for making a bad example of yourself, You may have made a bad decision in you life, ‘but tell me who hasn’t done that’ but your life is not a bad example.
You must learn to love yourself, to grow yourself,to know yourself,In life people find themselves in a deep hole of darkness that surrounds them, But there is always light at the end of it, you shouldnt dwel on what has already been done, You should move on to the new and take charge of it, and i know you can, just by you finding the confidence in yourself to share your story…You are more than what you consider yourself to be,You are capable within yourseft to move forwards. You have to believe in yourself its so simple.
And as for finding love the best anwser is,don’t go out your way to find it,leave it,focus on the most important, which is YOU,focus on your life and you will find that when your not worrying about,re thinking it over and over or searching for it,it will naturally come to you. i wish you all the best and i know you will only achieve the best, believe and take action.
” The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company… a church… a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past… we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you… we are in charge of our Attitudes.”
