Embrace what you’re feeling. The more you resist it the more you think about it. Be open on what you feel. Don’ t take it all by yourself. Get a notebook, write down what you feel and let it all out. Sending big hugs!
Cheer him up every single day. It may take long but don’t ever give up on him. Make him feel that he’s not alone in his loneliness. Make him feel that there is someone who appreciate, care and love him.
