I think you did great and achieve a lot. It is always difficult to change the routine and habit, so please don’t give up.
You have been taking good care of others and I think it is time for you to take good care of yourself. I would suggest a gym membership, health club, meditation, and some other local event/courses that you might like. And if you have more time, do some volunteering for the local community.
Please think position and get yourself busy doing things you enjoy!!
