Greetings Kaya... it's pretty nice to hear that you've already stopped the pill 'cuz anti depressant pill won't really help.. it's just a medical product that Doctors have to promote in order for their Pharmacy to earn..
For me Alternative Medicine or herbal products are more useful..
Nevertheless, it's good to know that you're back to life once again and would really try to do your best to become a blessing to others.. 'cuz this is the best thing that we as human could possibly do.. look if we will not help ourselves then how can we help others.. so it's really crucial for each & everyone of us to do our best all the time.. Let's always remember that.. "It is better to give than to receive"...
